About the role

  • Intern managing international e-commerce projects for global digital strategies at UPSA. Supporting marketing launches and coordinating with internal and external teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support our international e-commerce launches across multiple brands and with different partners
  • Coordinate content with internal stakeholders (mainly marketing and supply)
  • Provide operational support to our priority partners (agencies, consultants, distributors)
  • Contribute to the setup and launch of our digital and media strategies by coordinating the various players (internal marketing teams and external agencies)
  • Actively participate in the overall e-commerce content strategy
  • Ensure international coordination for the launch of new e-commerce markets
  • Monitor the performance of content assets
  • Proactively share e-commerce best practices, both internal and industry-wide
  • Contribute to the development of the e-commerce content strategy

Requirements

  • MBA student (final-year internship)
  • Initial experience in digital or e-commerce
  • Strong digital and media literacy
  • Prior experience in OTC or dietary supplements is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Initiative and ownership mindset
  • Rigor, organization, critical thinking and solution/results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
