Responsibilities
Maintenance of codes and master catalogs.
Maintenance of codes in the End-Consumer channel master file.
Maintenance of codes in the updated portfolio by brand for Spain and Portugal.
Maintenance of codes in the image file by brand for Spain and Portugal.
Maintenance of PDPs in Spain and Portugal.
Review of product files: titles, descriptions, bullet points, images
Brand assets: review and update of brand corners
Request and management of visual assets for large accounts
Launches and catalog extensions
Translation and optimization of assets
Image coding by product
Creation of assets for brand corners and launch activations
Communication to the sales team regarding material readiness
Monitoring of launch execution
Maintenance of product catalog
Maintenance and updating of brand corners
Monitoring of activity execution
Monitoring and control of activities carried out for all clients in coordination with Key Account Managers
Compilation of proof of execution for each action
Compliance reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree on ADE / Marketing
Proactivity
High level of English written and verbal
