About the role

  • Executive Assistant II providing dedicated support to Market President at United Community. Managing communications and assisting in operational tasks vital to banking operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Market President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Market President
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain confidentiality in all communications and documentation
  • Order and manage office supplies and purchasing needs
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Screen and direct phone calls and visitors professionally
  • Assemble, verify, and maintain loan documentation for the Market President
  • Assist loan customers with document completion and ensure accuracy
  • Order appraisals, credit reports, and background/reference checks
  • Respond to inquiries regarding loan status and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiency
