Responsibilities
Sélectionner les candidats et accompagner les apprenants dans la recherche de leur structure d’accueil (cabinets médicaux, cliniques, établissements de santé, structures médico-sociales).
Prospecter les partenaires du secteur médical et développer le réseau local.
Mettre en œuvre un plan de développement commercial et de communication (prospection, événements, salons, actions locales).
Assurer le suivi et la satisfaction des entreprises partenaires.
Contribuer au développement et à la promotion de la formation SAMA sur le territoire.
Requirements
Formation ou expérience significative dans le domaine médical, paramédical ou médico-administratif (secrétariat médical, assistance médicale, coordination de soins, gestion administrative en santé, etc.)
Expérience en environnement médical et/ou en développement de partenariats.
Aisance relationnelle, sens du contact et esprit d’initiative.
Autonomie, organisation et sens du service.
Intérêt pour la transmission, la formation et le développement de projets.
