About the role

  • Director of AI Customer Success in Uniphore leading customer strategy and success in AI solutions. Blending consulting expertise and client engagement for AI Customer Data Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic advisor to enterprise clients
  • Drive customer success outcomes
  • Work with Product and platform teams to improve SaaS telemetry
  • Own executive-level relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Lead complex customer engagements focused on deploying AI and data-driven solutions
  • Develop tailored success plans and roadmaps
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams
  • Establish best practices for enterprise customer success
  • Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on AI use cases

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or professional services
  • 3-5+ years of experience working directly with AI products, platforms, or services
  • 5+ years’ experience engaging end users through C-Suite Executives
  • Proven record of accomplishment in delivering ROI, exceeding retention, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets
  • Experience in enterprise verticals such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or retail
  • Proven Track record of CDP AI Consultancy
  • Deep understanding of CDP AI solution architectures and business applications of AI
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and client-facing presence
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
