Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients by providing information related to maintenance scheduling, guiding them through all procedures for the contracted fleet, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication and the ability to work well with the team;
  • Ensure high-quality service based on courtesy, empathy and clarity of information;
  • Strive to understand the client's needs and offer agile and effective solutions;
  • Deliver excellent customer service that involves patience, attention to detail and a proactive attitude, conveying trust and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty;
