About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo managing customer billing and collections at a leading mobility company. Actively engage with customers through various channels to resolve payment issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform multichannel outbound collections (messages, phone, chat, email, etc.) for delinquent customers;
  • Record in the system the information related to each collection contact with the customer;
  • Request invoices and/or generate payment methods aimed at providing the best possible payment experience for the customer;
  • Monitor expected payment promises for accounts in your portfolio;
  • Analyze and suggest options and improvements for processes related to the collections workflow;
  • Contribute to improvements that increase productivity, correct errors and failures, and align processes to enable better team performance;
  • Propose, lead, and participate in projects and campaigns to drive the team’s results;
  • Be results-oriented and help the team achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Completed high school and/or currently enrolled in a degree in Administration or Finance;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office package);
  • Previous knowledge/experience in collections.
