About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo supporting administrative routines at Unidas. Handling documents, spreadsheets and providing internal support.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative routines (document control, spreadsheets, filing);
  • Provide internal customer service and support to departments;
  • Enter data into systems, such as invoice processing;
  • Register vendors/suppliers;
  • Ensure organization and accuracy of records;
  • Meet deadlines and maintain clear communication with internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Strong organizational skills, spreadsheet management, basic knowledge of ERP systems and invoice processing;
  • Teamwork;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Quick learner (ability to absorb new information rapidly);
  • Flexibility to changes in routine (adaptability to handle different tasks and priorities).
