About the role

  • Administrative Assistant role supporting the daily operational needs of RSM, a global audit and consultancy firm. Involves maintaining data and liaising with vendors in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Administrative Analyst with daily tasks;
  • Update databases, indices, and currency exchange rates on a daily basis;
  • Organize the receipt of invoices and maintain contact with suppliers;
  • Post payments and register suppliers in the system (MXM);
  • Issue and send expense chargebacks via debit note;
  • Cash checks and count cash for the cash register;
  • Validate supplier invoices with the tax department.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or Financial Management;
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
