About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo providing support in document management and financial control for Unidas. Engaging in team integration and presenting executive reports.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and organizational support for the area.
  • Document management and internal governance.
  • Budgetary and financial control.
  • Team monitoring, vacation tracking and onboarding of new members; management of time bank (compensatory hours).
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, or Business Process.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and email.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
  • Agile, organized, and detail-oriented.
