About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst supporting the Entertainment and Automotive Sales team at Dolby. Managing operational processes and leveraging AI tools for efficiency and data accuracy in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Entertainment and Automotive Sales team by managing operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance and drive efficiency across sales workflows.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools, automation, and data intelligence to optimize sales processes.
  • Engage with European licensees (inquiries, customer onboarding, product registration etc.)
  • Manage licensing agreements & royalty reporting processes.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in Salesforce and Power BI systems.
  • Build dashboards using AI‑assisted analytics to support sales insights, revenue tracking, and operational KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation with new AI capabilities in CRM, contract management, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and fluent German language skills.
  • Experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role, preferably with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and data management tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI‑powered analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI Copilot, or equivalent).
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Based in Munich area, ability to travel throughout Europe.
