About the role

  • Sales Engineer acting as strategic advisor for automation solutions at UiPath, collaborating with sales and providing technical expertise to customers throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities.
  • Be a thought leader on best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings and industry specific solution accelerators.
  • Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and the opportunities it creates for businesses.
  • Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution footprint with our customers, and identify desired business outcomes.
  • Build and deliver industry specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects and customers.
  • Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done currently, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team.
  • Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to include continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers across Peru and various LATAM countries

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role preferably in a sales engineering capacity.
  • An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions utilizing automation, RPA, and AI Agentic type solutions
  • Experience within certain industries such as banking and financial services preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrated experience of simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a technical and business audience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.
  • 20% travel required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role
