Responsibilities
Will be part of the company team and will work in Solutions Architecture, Systems Consulting and Customer Success.
Requirements
Experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Consulting, Technical Pre-Sales, Technical Customer Success or related areas;
Experience with B2B projects and enterprise solutions;
Solid knowledge of logistics and tax processes, especially inbound (physical and fiscal receiving);
Experience with Electronic Tax Documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, MD-e, DOC-e);
Strong ability to analyze business processes;
Experience in requirements gathering (business/functional requirements);
System-level view of platforms and digital ecosystems;
Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions;
Clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders;
Experience with CRM and management tools.
Preferred: Experience with SaaS, ERP, integrated platforms or systems; prior roles as Solution Architect, Business Analyst or Sales Engineer; experience with fiscal or logistics solutions integrated with ERP (SAP ECC / S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP DRC, DF-e Governance and other inbound solutions); knowledge of inbound receiving automation, fiscal governance or tax compliance; experience in software, technology or consulting companies; experience designing journeys and process automation.
