About the role

  • Security staff responsible for managing crowd control and ensuring safety at football games in Saarland. Part of a national provider for security services with diverse event responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Directing and guiding crowds, especially during entry and exit phases, and ensuring a smooth flow of the event
  • Conducting personal searches and verifying access authorizations
  • Controlling access points and vehicle entrances
  • Patrols and inspection rounds, seat allocation and guest services
  • Assisting people with reduced mobility
  • Observing and reporting security-relevant incidents
  • Acting as a point of contact for guests and event organizers

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work in a team
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
  • German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Clean criminal record
  • Certification under §34a GewO desirable (can also be obtained during employment)
  • Additional qualifications in the security field (e.g. first aid training, fire warden, evacuation assistant, etc.) are an advantage but not mandatory
