About the role

• Internship in Marketing & Eventmanagement at GreenPocket, focusing on social media and event preparations. In an innovative Smart Energy Startup promoting a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing: You will independently manage our social media channels, monitor trends and benchmarks, produce performance analyses, and proactively develop our content.
• Campaign Management: For product campaigns you will actively support the creation of targeted audience lists, newsletters, and other marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations.
• Content Creation: You will create posts including images, write blog articles and product copy, and assist with the production of our podcast.
• Event Management: You will be an integral part of planning, preparing, and following up on trade show appearances and industry conferences, and you will independently schedule trade-show meetings for our sales team.
• Online Marketing: You will monitor the effectiveness of Google Ads and track our monthly inbound leads.
• Brand Building: Through individual creative projects, you will help shape the GreenPocket brand and support our growth.

Requirements

• You are studying media or communication studies, event management, economics—ideally with a focus on marketing—or a related field.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in marketing or event management—but this is not a requirement.
• You enjoy creating and crafting compelling content and demonstrate a quick grasp and analytical mindset.
• You are communicative and proactively seek the input you need.
• You demonstrate strong teamwork skills and initiative.
• You are proficient with common MS Office applications.
• You have excellent German and English language skills.
