Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance ServiceNow solutions
Own the full development lifecycle: implementing new features, testing, releases, documentation and knowledge transfer
Develop automations that integrate external platforms and leverage APIs
Manage vendors in the delivery of complex projects
Test and deploy monthly security updates, app updates and family upgrades
Advise and support users to ensure optimal use of the platform
Requirements
Several years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or developer
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal and IntegrationHub
Experience managing external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
Familiar with Power Automate, API integrations and custom application development
Structured and solution-oriented; team player who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Very good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken
