About the role
- ServiceNow Architect developing scalable, secure solutions for Bird & Bird's ServiceNow platform. Collaborating with IT Service Delivery Manager on feature implementation and project management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance ServiceNow solutions
- Own the full development lifecycle: implementing new features, testing, releases, documentation and knowledge transfer
- Develop automations that integrate external platforms and leverage APIs
- Manage vendors in the delivery of complex projects
- Test and deploy monthly security updates, app updates and family upgrades
- Advise and support users to ensure optimal use of the platform
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or developer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal and IntegrationHub
- Experience managing external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Familiar with Power Automate, API integrations and custom application development
- Structured and solution-oriented; team player who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Very good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken
