About the role
- Manage Enterprise Insider Threat investigations and lead compliance strategies for financial services. Oversee risk management and provide guidance on insider risks to business units across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive investigation leadership to the Enterprise Insider Threat (EIT) and support multiple lines of business (LOBs)
- Direct all EIT investigations and processes to ensure insider risks are identified, assessed, monitored, controlled, and documented
- Lead the Enterprise Insider Threat investigative team and strategies
- Manage cybersecurity risk and compliance functions
- Advise lines of business on insider risk management responsibilities and ensure procedures are defined
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in criminal justice, regulatory affairs, insider threat/internal investigations, organizational or compliance law, or financial services
- 10 years related experience at a large financial institution or related industry
- Strong knowledge of insider threat and cybersecurity risks, frameworks, best practices, and industry/regulatory requirements
- Evidence gathering, investigation, and documentation skills
- Leadership experience with critical thinking, time management, and effective communication
