Guiding the OpEx transformation team in deploying solutions identified through analytics and reporting.
Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for new reporting capabilities and enhance existing dashboards.
Providing timely updates and presentations to executive teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
+3 years of experience in operational roles, Data analytics, business insights, digital transformation or similar preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Deep understanding of reporting tools (such as TLM, SAP, APL & PowerBI)
Ability to translate data into compelling business cases and recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication. English is mandatory.
Experience in visualization tooling (PowerBI/SAP/TLM/APL, etc.)
Experience working with quality-related approaches to manufacturing (Six Sigma, CPK/PPK, SPC)
Knowledge in statistics and associated tooling (Minitab, M365 tools)
