Requirements
- +3 years of experience in operational roles, Data analytics, business insights, digital transformation or similar preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of reporting tools (such as TLM, SAP, APL & PowerBI)
- Ability to translate data into compelling business cases and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication. English is mandatory.
- Experience in visualization tooling (PowerBI/SAP/TLM/APL, etc.)
- Experience working with quality-related approaches to manufacturing (Six Sigma, CPK/PPK, SPC)
- Knowledge in statistics and associated tooling (Minitab, M365 tools)
