About the role

  • Data Analyst at Luminor Group in Vilnius, Lithuania, defining data products and collaborating in an Agile team. Building solutions for banking processes within the Baltic region.

Responsibilities

  • Define data products based on existing data and collected requirements
  • Design the data product and contract requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and software engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions
  • Gain expertise in a variety of banking processes and products
  • Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team in a Pan-Baltic, international environment

Requirements

  • Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
  • Deep analytical skills
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Iceberg data structures design
  • Experience with any of data warehousing solutions (i.e Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift)
  • Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow or dbt
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
  • Familiarity with BIAN and ISO 20022 standards and protobuf data format is an advantage
  • Experience within the finance business domain and/or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of streaming data pipelines and platforms (Kafka, Spark, Flink)
  • Experience with Python, ETL engines
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
