About the role

Responsibilities
- Define data products based on existing data and collected requirements
- Design the data product and contract requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and software engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Gain expertise in a variety of banking processes and products
- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team in a Pan-Baltic, international environment
Requirements
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- Deep analytical skills
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Iceberg data structures design
- Experience with any of data warehousing solutions (i.e Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift)
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow or dbt
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Familiarity with BIAN and ISO 20022 standards and protobuf data format is an advantage
- Experience within the finance business domain and/or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
- Understanding of streaming data pipelines and platforms (Kafka, Spark, Flink)
- Experience with Python, ETL engines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
