Responsibilities
Define data products based on existing data and collected requirements
Design the data product and contract requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders and software engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions
Gain expertise in a variety of banking processes and products
Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team in a Pan-Baltic, international environment
Requirements
Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
Deep analytical skills
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Iceberg data structures design
Experience with any of data warehousing solutions (i.e Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift)
Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow or dbt
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
Familiarity with BIAN and ISO 20022 standards and protobuf data format is an advantage
Experience within the finance business domain and/or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
Understanding of streaming data pipelines and platforms (Kafka, Spark, Flink)
Experience with Python, ETL engines
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
