Responsibilities
- Lead clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with customers.
- Oversee Integrated Service Plan (ISP) and site inventory.
- Manage equipment acquisition, maintenance, and repair.
- Direct Joint Commission inspections for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Create and manage the network budget and ensure service excellence.
- Mentor and develop colleagues to deliver continuous service excellence.
- Represent Clinical Engineering on administrative meetings and committees.
- Establish and define network goals to meet TRIMEDX and hospital objectives.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QVRs) and lead capital acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a clinical engineering environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading people.
- Experience in regulatory compliance required
- Experience managing financials, contracts, costing, and equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to oversee and manage day-to-day and long-term site operations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
