About the role

  • Learning & Development Analyst responsible for developing training programs for sales and support teams. Collaborating with analysts to enhance training in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs relevant to all Business Markets teams
  • Maintains online learning program to facilitate training programs and adhere to a curriculum within a hybrid working environment
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of all training and development programs
  • Participate in projects identified for process improvement and enhancement
  • Assist in process improvement and collateral optimization relevant to position based on team and organizational needs
  • Stay updated on nationwide energy market events to assist sales & support teams.
  • Complete all projects in a timely manner ahead of organizational deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes related to large commercial sales organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including ability to present to senior leadership
  • Strong project management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines and achieve assigned metrics
  • Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.
