Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs relevant to all Business Markets teams
Maintains online learning program to facilitate training programs and adhere to a curriculum within a hybrid working environment
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of all training and development programs
Participate in projects identified for process improvement and enhancement
Assist in process improvement and collateral optimization relevant to position based on team and organizational needs
Stay updated on nationwide energy market events to assist sales & support teams.
Complete all projects in a timely manner ahead of organizational deadlines.
Requirements
2-3 years of related experience
Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes related to large commercial sales organizations
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including ability to present to senior leadership
Strong project management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines and achieve assigned metrics
Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.
