About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, advise, coordinate, and complete performance planning across multiple programs
  • Engage and communicate with key partners to ensure project requirements are understood
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of innovative presentations to senior leaders
  • Process redesign and performance metric development
  • Support strategic projects using workforce data to enhance talent management
  • Utilize adult learning principles to manage and evaluate learning and development programs

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience focusing on project management and talent management
  • Experience in developing inclusive instructional and educational programming
  • Relationship building skills with leaders and the people team
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proven ability to evaluate complex problems
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
