Responsibilities
Manage last-mile delivery operations from EU warehouses to CEE, non-EU, and DACH customers, ensuring punctual and efficient order fulfilment.
Constantly look for new partners to ensure the operations capacity is in sufficient level and leverage the negotiation in partner management practices.
Oversee the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure seamless coordination for timely deliveries.
Build and maintain relationships with customs and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Track key metrics like delivery times, returns, and backlogs, addressing any operational issues proactively.
Conduct regular reviews and visits with delivery partners to improve performance and streamline allocation.
Identify and implement industry best practices by analyzing market needs and competitor activities.
Provide ongoing operational insights and reports to leadership, highlighting progress and challenges.
Requirements
Extensive experience in the last-mile delivery sector within CEE especially in Greece and with 3PL logistics.
Familiarity with customs processes and delivery operations.
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Greek.
E-commerce acumen is a nice to have.
