Requirements
- Proven experience in project and/or operations management within the clinical trial industry, ideally in a leadership role.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex portfolios and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve operational challenges, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with performance metrics, portfolio reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
