About the role

  • IT Support Specialist providing technical support to teams across the globe at Accurate Background. Troubleshooting varied IT issues and collaborating with the global IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and ensure proper user access controls, including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
  • Assist with server and network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues while managing the helpdesk queue to ensure timely responses and efficient ticket prioritization.
  • Collaborate with the global IT team to implement IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across systems.
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity across regions.

Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complex troubleshooting tasks and work with cross-regional teams.
