Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.

Requirements
Any bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
Ability to handle complex troubleshooting tasks and work with cross-regional teams.
