Head of Commercial Operations responsible for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes at The Quality Group. Leading initiatives to develop and scale commercial operations within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
You own the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, from customer setup to cash collection
You continuously develop the existing O2C framework and ensure scalable structures
You actively drive automation of core processes (e.g. EDI, Salesforce workflows, reporting)
You manage and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF, DSO, order accuracy, dispute rate and cost-to-serve
You ensure high data quality, accurate customer master data and reliable order validation
You work closely with Supply Chain & Logistics to improve delivery performance, product availability and OTIF targets
You collaborate with Finance & Credit Control to ensure billing accuracy, dunning processes and cash flow optimization
You work together with IT and the Transformation Office on the integration of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA
You further develop digital O2C capabilities such as workflow automation, EDI coverage and KPI dashboards
Depending on development and setup, you take on extended responsibility up to the functional leadership of individual roles or topic areas
Requirements
You hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations or a comparable field
You bring extensive and well-founded professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
You have broad experience in end-to-end process ownership, operational excellence and digital transformation
You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (order management, workflows) and SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI, credit management)
You are experienced in EDI processes, automation tools and KPI reporting
You work in an analytical, structured and solution-oriented manner and proactively address operational challenges
You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently and enjoy working cross-functionally
