About the role
- Data Administrator providing administration and data entry support for billing operations at SiteMinder. Ensuring timely processing and maintenance of accurate customer invoices and records.
Responsibilities
- Ensure external invoice payments are allocated daily into the billing system (Zuora).
- Investigate unallocated or missing invoice payments within the various systems Support the Revenue Assurance Analyst clean up tasks and actions as required to ensure completeness of billing.
- Ensure CRM and billing system customer date kept up to date by the team where applicable - such as email addresses.
- Support the Billing and Collections team with quality assurance checks and tasks to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Ad-hoc reporting to Finance as required.
- Ensure timely processing of customer requests in the billing system such as cancellation of services (Drop offs).
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years in a SSC/BPO fast paced environment.
- Are data driven and problem solvers, who are equipped and able to apply it with common sense.
- They are driven to succeed, and passionate about what they do in life.
- Ability to smile and laugh whilst working under pressure, and juggling multiple things at once is essential.
