- Lead in the creation of procedures and work flows

- Participate in projects, conversions and system testing
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Securities Operations
- Stay current on trends, new asset types, business, etc.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education and related training
- Five or more years of Wealth Management experience
- High level of knowledge of securities operations
- Intermediate knowledge in other areas of securities operations
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experience in developing and discussing complex workflows
- Strong analytical skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of Excel and Access
