Responsibilities
Drive growth in the German market
Own the German merchant portfolio with a focus on strategically important accounts and their growth.
Negotiate cashback rates and exclusive deals
Work closely with partners to secure better commissions, exclusive offers, and increased visibility.
Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
Establish strong relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and merchants as a trusted commercial point of contact.
Manage placements and campaigns
Responsible for booking, optimizing, and reporting placements to maximize performance and partner satisfaction.
Team coordination & performance oversight
Support and manage an Account Manager and a Partnership Support resource, including prioritization and ensuring consistent performance.
Requirements
Fluent German (native or business fluent) and fluent English
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-oriented account management
Proven experience negotiating commissions and commercial placements with measurable success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage key accounts
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
Self-directed, proactive working style and comfortable working in remote models
