Responsibilities

  • Provide individual support to our French-speaking customers
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Process complaints and claims
  • Ensure quality and provide post-purchase support
  • Document and update data in IT systems
  • Share information within the team about market trends and customer requests

Requirements

  • Experience in customer contact and after-sales
  • Fluent French and good German language skills
  • Empathetic, reliable and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to assert yourself
  • Ability to create a trusting conversational atmosphere
  • Work in a structured and dependable manner
  • Ideally, initial experience with SAP
