About the role

  • Customer Experience Intern focused on solving user support tickets through an app. Gaining experience in user communication and content work in a dynamic youth football platform.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve user support tickets submitted through the app
  • Communicate with users to understand their needs and collect insights
  • Share learnings to help improve the product
  • Work on in-app content when user support volume is under control

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required for day-to-day communication
  • Fluent written and spoken French
  • Familiarity with French youth football culture
  • Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week
