- Be in charge of recruiting employees for our Customer Care units
- Be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in APAC, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities.
- Connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible.
- Be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events.
- Organize internal and external events for your fellow interns.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, organisational psychology or any other related field.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills.
- You are a good team player, while being able to work independently.
- You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You are curious and eager to learn.
- You have great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Having an interest in Tech is a plus.
