About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Intern for TomTom focusing on recruiting in APAC and organizing student events. Engaging with management and candidates to improve recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of recruiting employees for our Customer Care units
  • Be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in APAC, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities.
  • Connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible.
  • Be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events.
  • Organize internal and external events for your fellow interns.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, organisational psychology or any other related field.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills.
  • You are a good team player, while being able to work independently.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are curious and eager to learn.
  • You have great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Having an interest in Tech is a plus.
