Responsibilities
Be in charge of recruiting employees for our Customer Care units
Be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in APAC, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities.
Connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible.
Be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events.
Organize internal and external events for your fellow interns.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, organisational psychology or any other related field.
You are fluent in English.
You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills.
You are a good team player, while being able to work independently.
You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You are curious and eager to learn.
You have great communication and relationship-building skills.
