About the role

  • Nursing professional providing 1:1 intensive care in private households, ensuring comprehensive patient care and individual attention. Working in a stress-free environment directly at the patient's home.

Responsibilities

  • Individualized work in a comfortable private household; not route-based care—only ONE patient
  • You provide 1:1 care in a calm, low-stress environment directly in the patient’s home
  • Here you can provide comprehensive, holistic care in coordination with your team, our nursing management (PDL), physicians, and therapists, giving your patient your full attention
  • Basic and treatment nursing in the home setting
  • Coordination and communication with therapists
  • Implementation of rehabilitative measures and social support
  • Act as the primary contact for patients and their relatives
  • Accompany patients (and, if applicable, relatives) on outings and shared activities
  • Maintain nursing documentation

Requirements

  • You hold a qualification as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse; alternatively, you may already be a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a care expert for out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, a specialized nurse in intensive care/anesthesia, or a respiratory therapist
  • Interest in providing outpatient care for patients requiring intensive care
  • A passion for 1:1 care
  • A conscientious, independent, and responsible working style
  • Empathy and a caring approach to patient support
