About the role

  • Commercial Manager at Tokio Marine planning and executing training and business strategies for life insurance products. Fostering sales growth and client relationships in Goiânia and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct trainings and technical visits to develop the skills of employees, brokers and advisory firms, expanding knowledge of life insurance products to ensure excellence in sales;
  • Structure, align and monitor branch commercial activities using performance reports and strategic KPIs to direct efforts focused on production growth and improving portfolio results;
  • Negotiate with the technical/underwriting area to enable tailored closings, increasing deal conversion rates and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct in-person and virtual visits and commercial meetings with brokers, advisory firms and clients, supporting negotiations and deal closures to secure retention and portfolio growth;
  • Drive achievement of sales targets for the Life portfolio (Corporate/B2B) through active management of the region under your responsibility and strategic direction of commercial activities, aiming to deliver consistent results aligned with company objectives;
  • Participate in and monitor workgroup deliverables, promoting integration and process innovation to ensure operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed).
  • Experience with life insurance products (group life, creditor/credit-life insurance, group personal accident, collective agreements, SME group life products).
  • Experience managing relationships with local brokers.
  • Own a car and hold a valid driver's license (CNH).
  • Reside in Goiânia or nearby cities.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Intermediate English preferred.
