About the role

  • Supply Chain Manager at RD Saúde, ensuring accuracy of stock parameters and policies while leading strategic discussions. Focused on improving supply chain processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the calculation, updating and input of inventory parameters into corporate systems, ensuring technical consistency and alignment with demand behavior;
  • Ensure the governance, application and evolution of inventory policies, defining guidelines, exceptions and technical criteria for optimal coverage, service level and turnover;
  • Proactively manage product launches, promotional activities and seasonality, anticipating impacts and adjusting parameters to ensure availability with financial efficiency;
  • Ensure accuracy and technical consistency in review proposals from the team, using statistical analyses, quantitative methods and simulations to support decision making;
  • Develop audit routines, alerts, dashboards and KPIs to monitor parameter integrity and identify deviations or optimization opportunities;
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements, refining models, replenishment logic, algorithms and integrations between systems (WMS, ERP, Forecasting, analytical tools), ensuring the area evolves with systems and AI;
  • Train specialists with an analytical mindset and deep understanding of supply processes, promoting training, technical rituals, continuous learning and operational autonomy;
  • Support strategic and operational discussions, translating business needs into impacts on parameters, flows and replenishment rules;
  • Conduct deep dives, generate alerts, propose structural adjustments and support emergency actions, directly contributing to the reduction of shrinkage, aging, idle stock and availability failures;
  • Build technical-analytical studies (sensitivity analyses, financial impacts, scenarios, elasticities, clusters) to underpin strategic decisions on inventory, coverage, campaigns and operations;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate/MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or Data Science is desirable;
  • Certifications or courses in Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Analytics, Lean, Six Sigma (desirable);
  • Experience with rule automation, scripting or operational logic (programming is not a requirement but is a plus);
  • Preferable but not mandatory: experience with data and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, programming in modern languages like Python and/or automation tools like Alteryx;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
