Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, with a strong focus on the US and international markets.
Partner with agency leadership and hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs within the luxury and creative sectors.
Build and nurture talent pipelines using LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, talent communities and specialist platforms.
Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions and long-term talent planning.
Manage and optimise ATS systems to maintain efficient processes and an exceptional candidate experience.
Deliver a high-touch candidate journey, reflecting the premium standards and culture of Together Group.
Support in the development of Together Group’s employer brand, showcasing the Group as a destination for top talent within the luxury and creative industries.
Requirements
3–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within creative agencies, marketing, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or production environments.
Experience hiring across US and international markets is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of salary benchmarking and talent market research, particularly within creative or luxury sectors.
Comfortable working with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across global teams.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and data-driven in your approach to recruitment.
