Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process and attract top talent for clients
  • Establish and maintain a tailored recruitment solution
  • Build lasting relationships with key contacts and candidates
  • Develop strategies to maximize networks and information resources
  • Provide specialist advice on market conditions and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or similar role
  • Ability to manage the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficiency with recruitment technology systems (e.g., OneTouch)
