About the role

  • HR Analyst at iD\TBWA supporting recruitment and selection processes with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including role alignment, job posting, resume screening, interviews, providing feedback to applicants, and support in closing positions;
  • Support the monitoring and updating of recruitment processes in spreadsheets, systems, and the ATS;
  • Assist with pre-hire activities, performing record entries and updates in the SuccessFactors (Reach) system;
  • Support the control and verification of documents and information required for hiring;
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and recruitment & selection (R&S) metrics, contributing to organization and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, either end-to-end or supporting different stages of the process;
  • Familiarity with HR administrative and procedural routines;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively;
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with candidates and internal teams;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for tracking and reporting;
  • Advantage: experience or familiarity with payroll/personnel processes and/or HR systems such as SuccessFactors (Reach) and the Gupy ATS.
