About the role

  • Intern providing operational support in Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics at Navy Federal. Supporting project tracking, documentation management, and research activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support to high-priority projects and day-to-day operational work
  • Support project tracking, documentation management, research, reporting preparation, and coordination activities
  • Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking
  • Conduct research to support projects and policy updates

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Prior experience in project coordination or operations (desired)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira (desired)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and document management (desired)
  • Interest or coursework in data analytics or business operations (desired)
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (desired)
