About the role

  • Recruiting Manager overseeing recruiting processes and team coordination at a renewable energy startup. Responsible for ensuring recruiting quality and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT – You will own the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure that every step runs reliably.
  • TEAM COORDINATION – You coordinate recruiters and recruiting assistants, allocate tasks, and ensure output and quality meet expectations.
  • CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT – You review interviews and transcripts and make informed pre-selections.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE – You sample-check interviews, outcomes, and working methods to ensure consistent, accurate execution.
  • KPI MANAGEMENT – You track key metrics such as hires, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT – You identify bottlenecks in the recruiting funnel and implement concrete improvements.
