About the role

  • Technical employee in customer service for installation and troubleshooting of devices like PCs or Smart-TVs. Requires a technical background in telecommunications or communication electronics and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • You patch in-house connections and install end devices
  • Assist customers with the setup and commissioning of PCs or Smart TVs
  • Inspect and troubleshoot network components in collaboration with our NOC
  • Patch and splice fiber-optic connections when required

Requirements

  • Technical vocational training, ideally in telecommunications or communication electronics
  • Practical experience troubleshooting telecommunications and/or fiber-optic networks
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
