About the role

  • Key Account & Partner Manager providing broadband and internet services in Kiel. Managing B2B relationships and contracts with customers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic management and development of a portfolio of special-purpose associations, system integrators, municipal utilities and wholesale partners in the B2B environment
  • First point of contact for customers, including capturing, prioritizing and implementing requirements
  • Central liaison between associations, customers and the company
  • Structuring and negotiating framework and individual contracts related to wholesale products
  • Analysis of customers' revenue and sales developments and initiation of countermeasures in response to changes

Requirements

  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Several years of experience in the B2B sector, key account or partner management
  • High solution orientation; structured and analytical way of working
  • Enjoy communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally a basic technical understanding
  • Experience in telecommunications or IT
