Responsibilities
Holistic management and development of a portfolio of special-purpose associations, system integrators, municipal utilities and wholesale partners in the B2B environment
First point of contact for customers, including capturing, prioritizing and implementing requirements
Central liaison between associations, customers and the company
Structuring and negotiating framework and individual contracts related to wholesale products
Analysis of customers' revenue and sales developments and initiation of countermeasures in response to changes
Requirements
Strong customer and service orientation
Several years of experience in the B2B sector, key account or partner management
High solution orientation; structured and analytical way of working
Enjoy communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Ideally a basic technical understanding
Experience in telecommunications or IT
