Responsibilities
Identify, target, and engage new enterprise clients across the assigned territory
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional growth and revenue objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Conduct clients need assessments and lead solution-oriented presentations and demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to design customized client solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and contractual documents in collaboration with legal and technical teams
Track, forecast, and report sales metrics through CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Represent Beta Systems at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally within mainframe or infrastructure solutions
Experience with IBM mainframe eco-systems (z/OS) can be an advantage
Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, digital transformation, and automation technologies
Ability to work both independently and through partner networks
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions
High level of initiative, accountability, and organization
Results-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated with a collaborative team mindset
Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, and precision in all business activities
Native Italian language and fluent English speaker essential
