Responsibilities
Focus on the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth
Achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of all Hospital products and programs
Call on Hospital staff and decision makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, and volunteer Hospital services
Develop and implement business plans to identify and close business
Utilize and leverage Hospital tools
Prepare forecasts for yearly, quarterly and monthly business
Participate in sales workshops, sales meetings, and/or promotional activities as requested
Provide current customers with excellent post-sale follow-up (communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordinates product repairs)
Maintain customer records in accordance with Stryker specifications, including quarterly market share updates when requested
Actively participate in national, regional, and local Hospital trade shows
Requirements
University Degree
1+ years outside sales or clinical experience
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology (preferred)
3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or clinical setting (preferred)
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
