Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: Independently identify, approach and acquire new customers in the DACH market
Lead management: Qualify leads from marketing and partner activities and proactively develop the market
Consulting & presentation: Analyze customer requirements, develop appropriate solution concepts and deliver product presentations (remote & on-site) together with our PreSales team
Negotiation management: Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and proposal preparation to successful contract closing
Team collaboration: Close coordination with PreSales, Marketing and Partner Management for efficient market development
Market monitoring: Actively observe market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or IT security
Proven track record in new customer acquisition – hunter mentality with a strong sense for customer needs
Ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and understandable way
Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation
Willingness to travel for customer appointments and events
