Responsibilities
Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
4-7 years Verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
2 Years People management responsibilities
2 Years Telecommunications/technical sales
Strong coaching skills with the ability to conduct difficult conversations
Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one on one
A proven track record of high yield business sales success
Well-honed negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes in order to attract and retain top sales talent
