Responsibilities
The Health Plans module is one of the platform's core pillars: claim forms, authorizations, billing, integrations with insurers and automations that directly impact clinics' revenue, efficiency and financial predictability.
You will be responsible for the Health Plans product end-to-end, helping Tivita create a new standard in health-plan management:
Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the health plans module.
Diagnose bottlenecks and simplify complex flows for claim forms, authorizations, billing and reconciliation.
Prioritize enhancements and fixes with a focus on operational efficiency.
Work directly with engineering, design, operations, CX and customers.
Monitor critical operational metrics.
Be the internal reference on how the product works — and how it should work.
