About the role

  • Marketing and Communications Manager developing B2B strategies for a Berlin-based SaaS startup managing digital time recording. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy in a B2B context
  • Establish and manage our press and PR activities
  • Work closely with external agencies (SEA/SEO), including their coordination and performance monitoring
  • Create campaign and budget plans as well as reporting
  • Maintain the website and design landing pages and whitepapers aimed at lead generation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or with digital products
  • Strong understanding of communication, positioning, and storytelling
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and a basic understanding of SEA/SEO and associated KPIs
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, with a structured working style and perseverance
  • Prior experience in the construction industry, trades, or related sectors is advantageous but not required
  • Native-level German and good English skills
