Responsibilities
You will share responsibility for registering our customers’ IT projects in the databases of the IT vendors we represent
You will transfer customer inquiry data into various online portals and verify key details
You will clarify open questions with Account Managers or IT suppliers
You will regularly review and update project statuses and perform project reconciliations
As your expertise grows, you will take on vendor-specific tasks such as importing price lists or producing reports
You will generally support our Vendor Development Managers (m/f/d) with administrative tasks as well as in planning and organizing events
In addition, you will contribute to maintaining the webshop and to creating newsletters
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial, business administration or marketing field (e.g., industrial clerk; degree in business administration) and ideally some initial professional experience
Good MS Office skills
Independent and results-oriented working style
An affinity for administrative tasks and an interest in IT products
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
An open personality and confident communication
